Maggie Alayne Owen and Nicholas Bryan Polk were united in marriage on July 19, 2014 at six o’clock in the evening at the Lafayette Building in Little Rock .

The ceremony was officiated by Rev. Jaimie Alexander, First United Methodist Church, Bella Vista and Pastor Tony Crye of Hickory Plains.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Ronald Owen of Dumas and Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Edward Golleher of Lonoke. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Tucker and the late Henryetta Tucker of England and the late Dr. and Mrs. Maurice Owen of Pine Bluff .

The Groom is the son of Bryan Gene Polk of Hickory Plains and the late Kimberly Crye of Des Arc. He is the grandson of Emmaline and the late Lewis Crye of Des Arc and Mr. and Mrs. Freddie Gene Polk of Hickory Plains.

The bride, escorted by her father, wore a strapless ivory trumpet silhouette gown with a silk pleated bodice that flowed into a full skirting of dramatic silk Mikado gardenias and rosettes. She wore a double full layer caged veil with cut edged soft tulle. The bride carried a hand tied bouquet of hydrangeas, garden roses, gardenias, orchids and stock in a white and light green palette.. Her jewelry consisted of pearl drop earrings and a pearl bracelet.

The maid of honor was Meredith Owen Ellis of Little Rock . The man of honor was Adam Cody Dunbar of North Little Rock. The bridesmaids were Miss Candace Leigh Crye of Hickory Plains, Miss Jillian Noel Orlicek of England, Miss Angela LaBeth Polk of Ward, Miss Julianna Register of Texarkana and Miss Asha Renee Scribner of England . Miss Sullivan Rose Crye served as Flower girl.

Clinton Lewis Crye of Cabot was the best man. The groomsmen were Carl Alexander Harrod of Little Rock, Donald Peyton Harvey of Searcy, Benjamin Douglas Lowry of Conway, Erik Joseph Mitchell of Little Rock and Jack Randall Owen of Lonoke. The ring bearers were Coleman Crye of Cabot and Christopher Finley Young of Little Rock . Serving as ushers were Kaleb Scott Pierce of Ward, Brian Gray Faulk of Greenbrier, Travis Ryan Tucker of Conway and Roth Aaron Rabb of Little Rock .

Music for the wedding was provided by Karen Jarboe, violin, Maria Jarboe-Craig, violin, John Jarboe viola and Jeff Jarboe cello.

A reception was held immediately following the ceremony. After a wedding trip to Jamaica , the couple will be at home at England.
