The annual Christmas in Cabot celebration, sponsored by the Cabot Advertising and Promotion Commission will be held Friday, organizers announced. The event was delayed because of last week’s inclement weather.
The annual celebration will be held 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday in the Cabot City Courtyard (behind city hall).
All planned activities remain as previously announced.
Merry-go-round, hayrides, display of the Cabot Schools Christmas Tree contest entries; a veterans Christmas Tree; music by local talent; and hot dogs, cookies, coffee and hot cocoa will be available.
"Bring your children to downtown Cabot for a good old-fashioned hometown gathering to celebrate Christmas in Cabot. This is a free event," organizer Nancy Cohea said.
