Thomas F. "Tom" Cobb, 77 of Cabot, formerly of Hollister, Mo., died July 30, 2013, at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock.

He was born on Dec. 11, 1935 at Chadwick, Missouri the son of Thomas Newton and Fairy Geneva Fletcher Cobb. He was a longtime resident of Taney County. He was retired from the U.S. Army serving during the Korean War and was a longtime member of the Branson Masonic Lodge.

Services were held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2013, at Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson. Burial, with full military honors, followed at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield. Masonic services followed the service in the funeral home.

Survivors are his wife; Elsie Wilkerson Cobb of Cabot; three brothers, Jeral Cobb of Cabot, Ronnie Cobb of Forsyth, Mo., and Dwight Cobb of Bruner, Mo.; two sisters, Ruby Melton of Oldfield, Mo., and Sharon Wyman of Cedar Creek, Mo., three stepchildren, five grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
