Carlisle Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) was well-represented Jan. 30 at the District Conference on the University of Central Arkansas campus in Conway.
Jaden Daniels completed his term as District Reporter and was installed as the new District Vice-President. Many CHS students qualified for the state competition in April. Those winners included:
Hannah Oden, fifth place in Business Law; Dusty Nichols and Jaden Daniels, second place in Business Presentations; Audrey Roberts, third place in Business Procedures; Jacob Stack, fourth place in Cyber Security; Makenzie Bennett and Jacob Jones, third place in Emerging Business Issues; Lindsey Strickland, fifth place in Intro to Business Communications; Skylar Gosney, first place in Intro to Parliamentary Procedure; Jacob Wilson, sixth place in Technology Concepts; Lexi Andrews, first place in Web Design; David Beale, first place in Future Business Leader.
Dusty Nichols received highest honors in Who’s Who in FBLA. The Carlisle Chapter also received third place in Largest Chapter and Largest Chapter based on Market Share.
In addition, the following students will compete at state only events:
Jessmire Craig in Client Service; Nicholas Schafer, Thomas McCallie, and Jacob Cagle in Digital Design; Dusty Nichols in Local Chapter Annual Report; Megan Stock in Business Plan; Nicholas Schafer, Thomas McCallie, and Jacob Cagle in Community Service Project.
