Bridge repairs will require lane closures on Interstate 40 in Carlisle through Thursday, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department officials.

The work will be performed on the Highway 13 (North Bankhead Drive) overpass in Carlisle. It will require closing one westbound lane between mile markers 182 and 184.

These closures be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., weather permitting.
