Food, games, crafts and entertainment for Carlisle Day will be July 4 and 5.

Dinner on July 4 will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at the Carlisle Civic Center, catered by King Kat; $14 for age 12 and older, $7.50 for ages 6 - 11, no charge for children 5 years old and younger. Guest speaker will be former Carlisle resident Dr. Nathan Lewis.

Celebration on July 5 begins at 10 a.m. with a parade to the city park where vendors and activities will be set up.

A banquet catered by Ruth’s Catering Service will be served 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Carlisle Elementary School; $7.50 for ages 12 and up, $3.50 for ages 6 to 11 years old.
