Smart911 Safety Profile service is available to all Arkansans through an act of the State Legislature. The service is paid for, it is ready for residents to use – all that needs be done is for individuals to sign up.

Using Smart911, responders to a natural disaster can learn of special needs in the community calling for assistance evacuating, special support for medical needs, location of personal storm shelters, even how many pets to plan for in a shelter environment.
