The Lonoke School board met in a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, for a student hearing. Darrell Park, Ross Moore, Tony Kelleybrew, Anne Swint, Charles Hunter and Mike Brown were present.

After a closed hearing, the board unanimous voted to accept the superintendent’s recommendation to place a male, middle school student in the CORE program for the remainder of the 2017 semester (29 days) for violating Rule # 16 – Alcohol, Drugs and Inhalants. This consequence is a level II consequence in the Middle School/Parent Handbook.

Following the close of the meeting at 6:55 p.m., the board held a board work session for Financial Training by Jeff Williams.
