On Thursday, May 11, the Woodlawn Community Center opened their doors at 10:30 a.m. for their weekly community events.


Those attending were: Anita Weathers, Jackie Maxwell, Maryilyn Lewis, Andy Childress, Davd Neal, Sue Grady, Dorothy Henry,


Mary Beth Forrester, Johnny Hudspeth, Gladys Wiliams, Louise Crabtree, Mary Thate, Birtha Larkin, David Hawkins, Kevin Brown, J. Travis,


and Dorothy Williams.


After reciting the “Pledge of Allegiance,”and singing “God Bless America,” Anita Weathers gave the invocation, thanking God for


our many blessings, and praying for those that are sick and unable to attend our Woodlawn activities.


All attendees played gift bag bingo, a fun day, with many surprise gifts.


Mary Beth Forrester blessed the food, everyone enjoyed their dinner.


This Thursday, May 18, there will be an outstanding program, Jim and Suzy Schmidt, full time Christian Ministries, will enlighten everyone about their Prison Ministries.


This will be a great program, come and visit the Woodlawn Community Center at 10070 Arkansas Highway 31 north. Come early for a cup of coffee, bring a friend and a dish for pot-luck.
