On Aug. 8, the Lonoke County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division and Detectives with the Cabot Police Department executed a Search and Seizure Warrant at 16 Warren Street in Cabot.
In the home was Christopher Eakle, 21; Gabrielle Hall , 19 and their child, 3.
During the search an unspecified amount of Crystal Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was located in the residence. Both adults were arrested and the Department of Human Services was notified about the minor child. Both were arrested the charges of Possession of controlled substance “Meth” a Class C Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia a Class B, D Felony and Class A Misdemeanor, Maintaining a Drug Premises a Class C Felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor 2nd Degree a Class A Misdemeanor. The couple was transported to the Lonoke County Detention Center and booked on a $10,000 bond.
According to the report, this is the second search warrant at this residence in eight months where narcotics were found and Eakle was charged.
“This is an ongoing investigation and more individuals may be charged as well,” the report said. “The Lonoke County Sheriff’s Office is receiving multiple tips on Narcotic activity in the county and urge the citizens of Lonoke County to continue to give information about drugs in their area. We as your Sheriff’s Office work hard every day to fight this battle but we will always need the help of our citizens to make our communities drug free. This information will be kept confidential.”
