The City of Cabot recognized Equipment Operator Randy Goff as the employee of the month for February for his hard work and dedication during the month of January.

Randy is an employee who could be chosen employee of the month every month. He is described by his supervisors as a team player who is always polite and considerate to everyone he meets.

For the month of January, he completed over forty work orders. Randy has also taken on additional duties such as training other employees, helping with mechanic work, and many other areas. Randy also has a special ability in which he can find water or sewer lines or a pipe that others traditionally cannot, just by using two metal rods. This has proven effective on more than one job site.

Randy sets a great example to other employees with his hard work and dedication and was an easy choice for the February employee of the month.

For being chosen employee of the month, Randy will receive a plaque with his name on it, his name added to the list of employees chosen as employee of the month on the City Hall plaque, his story in this newspaper, and lunch with the Mayor and the Human Resources Director.

The City will choose an employee each month based on their hard work from the month before.
