Stagecoach Elementary student Camron Fowler, accompanied by grandmother Connie Oates, cuts the ribbon to mark the official opening, Wednesday, of Cabot’s All-Inclusive Playground at Richie Road City Park. Travis Young, Parks and Recreation director, said the park, with 28 different play elements, is designed to be accessible by anyone regardless of physical limitations, as well as promoting independent play. Cabot’s All-Inclusive Playground can accommodate up to 200 individuals to play together while developing their skills through fun and challenging play opportunities. Fowler was invited to cut the ribbon because he was the first to use the park on its opening July 5, Young said. Photo Ed Galucki
