Alice Mae King, age 86, of Lonoke passed away Oct. 28, 2017. She was born to Espy and Katie Hoggard on Aug. 7, 1931 in Oak Grove.
Alice was a longtime member of Providence United Methodist Church where she played the piano for over fifty years. Alice was very active and involved in Woodlawn Community Center, EHC, Lonoke County Fair Judging, working the election polls, and enjoying BUNCO night monthly with her friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan Orlicek and husband Mike of Pasadena, Texas; one son, Robert King and wife, Tracy of Lonoke; grandchildren, Eric Orlicek, DeAnna Miller, Linleigh Moss, Tyler and Tanner Hughes; great grandchildren, Hailee, Ryleigh, Malachi, Logan, Greyson, Weston, and Lochlan.
Alice is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby King; parents, Espy and Katie Hoggard and sister, Mavis Diggs.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 3 at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4 at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.
